Yes, bamboo does have it's negative aspects as a material but keep in mind there is no 100% sustainable fabric or production process, and we strive to reduce out environmental impact and footprint as much as possible through the materials we choose, which is what eco fashion is all about. We also have pieces made both from organic cotton and hemp, which are great fabrics and definitely better than synthetic materials and regular cotton, but still have impacts on the environment as well. Thanks so much for your feedback, we definitely appreciate any input to improve pieces for our consumers and to support our eco friendly community:)"

I greatly appreciate your efforts to use environmentally-friendly fabric, but I have to point out that bamboo is not a sustainable fabric. Although bamboo grows very sustainably, the process to turn it into fabric is anything but, and requires harsh chemicals to break down the fibers. Therefore, bamboo in its woody form is sustainable, and a good choice; but bamboo fabric ends up being no different from other synthetics that require harsh chemicals to be turned into soft fibers. Please use fabrics like organic cotton and hemp instead, and recycled polyester, etc. Thanks for your efforts.
